In the Hebrew, there is a corresponding picture to every number. This is the year 5782/Pey
Bet which signifies Speak of the House. There are many possible applications: The House of
the Lord/Church, the White House, the House of Representatives, or even, “As for me and
my house, we will serve the Lord” (Josh. 24:15); or, “A house divided against itself cannot
stand” (Luke 11:17). This is a year to be vocal about the right kind of house as well as the
wrong kind. The mid-term elections will doubtless be an opportune time to do so.
“House” can represent a dwelling place, abode, tabernacle or tent; a shelter, residence or
secure setting. It is a symbol of acquisition, prosperity, possession, and accomplishment.
Spiritually, it represents a family line, dynasty, or nation. “Unless the Lord builds the house,
they labor in vain who build it” (Psalm 127:1). We believe this could even refer to some
receiving keys (see below) to new houses/properties this year.
In our Gregorian calendar, it’s the year 2022. Two is the Biblical number of agreement or
unity. The Body of Christ must come into agreement so we can war against the schemes
and devices of the enemy in order to break this evil stranglehold over our nation. How can
two walk together unless they are agreed?”(Amos 3:3). Agreement is the place of power.

astray by them are swallowed up/destroyed (Is. 9:16). Proverbs 20:22 says, “Do not say, I
will repay evil; wait expectantly for the Lord and He will rescue you.”

Immediately, the scripture Matthew 16:18 came. It reads like this in the Amplified Bible: “I
will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; and whatever you bind (declare to be
improper and unlawful) on earth must be what is bound in heaven; and whatever you loose
(declare lawful) on earth must be already loosed in heaven.” Isaiah 22:22 says, “And the key
of the house of David I will lay upon his shoulder; he shall open and no one shall shut, he
shall shut and no one shall open”. God will give keys of strategy this year to those who are
seeking. Parallel tracks of warfare and victory/blessing will be experienced this year.
Let us all stand in faith, not fear. May Deut. 33:12 be a promise you cling to this year, “The
beloved of the Lord shall dwell in safety by Him, Who shelters you all day long; and you shall
dwell between His shoulders.”

A "NOW" DECLARATION
For the "Suddenlies" of God
Under the covering authority of your assigned mantle; by the power of your specific anointing; with our feet firmly set on the field of our present valley; yet our spirits established in the lofty heights of our future; intently scanning the horizon of hope realized, and peering through the eyes of faith into our destiny; we forcefully speak our declaration and sound our decree without wavering. We sound our shofar of declaration and extend our scepter of decree over the following areas:
To the vast northern sky, let our declaration and decree be loosed like power-filled peals of thunder over these material issues. In the name of El Shaddai we declare:
More than enough—abundance
Secure wells—guarded by angels (secure the wells of our wells)
Consistent, continual, uninterrupted supply and provision
All debt cancelled—break its back
New wells of supply dug—increased giving—new sources of income (creative ideas)
Death to "little foxes"
Hundred-fold financial harvests
Anointing of Joseph (Gen. 41:52-53), Isaac (Gen. 26: 12) and Apostle/Revivalist A.G. Garr (to increase in times of famine and drought). Plowman overtåke the reaper (Amos 9: 13)

To the serene southern vistas we send our declaration and decree like a free-flowing river of life over these physical needs. In the name of Jehovah Rapha we declare: Prosperity and good health as our soul prospers (Ill John 2).
Deliverance from all evil (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual). No evil near our dwelling. Supernatural rest
Strength
Delayed aging ("As our days are, so may our strength be for going out and coming in—for war and for peace"). Increased healing anointing
Healing and continued healing for physical infirmities (garment of praise releasing healing power against spirits of sickness causing heaviness). We mount up on wings as eagles.
The power of the Prince of Peace released against every root of chaos in any part of our bodies. Every curse of sickness and disease broken.
Revelation 22:1-3
"And he showed me a pure river ofwater oflife, clear as crystal, proceedingfrom the throne ofGod and ofthe Lamb. In the middle ofits street, and on either side ofthe river, was the tree oflife, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. The leaves ofthe tree were for the healing ofthe nations. And there shall be no more curse, but the throne ofGod and ofthe Lamb shall be in it, and His servants shall serve Him.
Toward the hopeful eastern horizon we release our declaration and decree as arrows of delivering and liberating lightning for these destiny issues. In the name of Jehovah Tsabaoth we declare:
Increased operation of anointing and spiritual gifting
Open doors that no man can close and windows of opportunity
A visible and abundant harvest
God's manifest power in our lives bringing forth miracles God's glory manifested among us (Zech. 2:5)
Sustained and continual growth
Armor of God as our protection and the Lord as our rear guard
Angelic assistance
Increased favor
Increased revelation and prophetic flow
Expanded influence/enlarged territory New opportunities/divine appointments
Heightened effectiveness
Achieve our destiny/ walk in our giftings and callings
Every curse spoken against me/us regarding my purpose and destiny cancelled.

Over the wakeful western watches we let fly our declaration and decree like smooth stones from a sling regarding these issues of prayer. In the name of Jehovah Shammah, we declare:
Clear direction
Open heavens
Filled bowls of intercession overturned/poured out (Rev. 8:3-5)
Spiritual sight increased/eyes of understanding illuminated
Spiritual hearing increased
Guarded gates against the enemy
Gates of hell powerless to prevail
Demonic schemes and strategies exposed
Every demonic force and power thrown down and turned back—strongholds toppled
Effective, fervent prayer availing much
Angelic companies assigned to us
Anointed arrows of prayer hitting the mark

DECLARATION FOR THE GATHERING OF BELIEVERS
Joined together as brethren in agreement as one body, we boldly enter the holiest by the blood of Jesus and make our declaration. By a new and living way and through the veil of His own body, we approach our high Priest, Jesus, resident over our household of faith.
With a true heart and fully assured in faith, we draw near restored and cleansed by God's pure river. We speak our confession loudly; knowing that He who promised us is faithful. We thus consider one another in assembly together and entreat others to join with us.
Here, in covenant gathering, as a church of the first-born registered in heaven, we set our faces toward the Lord. Cause your face in turn to shine on the sanctuary Lord; as we look to the Lion, to the light, and to the land: the Lion of Judah, the light of salvation, and the land of promised inheritance.
We sound the shofar of gathering over the land and we proclaim the call to congregate. Come forth we declare! Arise and shine this day! Descend from the gate of the east and gather from the gate of the west! We command the gate of the north, "Give them up!" We shout to the gate of the south, "Do not keep them back"! O Lord, send sons from afar and daughters from distant places. Send ones called by your name and those created for your glory. Bring the blind that have eyes and the deaf who have ears. Let them loose!
Awaken!, we cry out to you! Shake yourself from the dust; arise; throw off the bonds from your neck and draw near. We prophesy the shofar of life over the dry bones. Breathe and live; stand and move! From the four winds, breathe on them breath of life. Inhabit them Spirit of God! Gathering angels bring them into the land of promise! We call them forth Lord, to your tabernacle of meeting: to your altar of sacrifice; your laver of cleansing; your table of sustenance; your lampstand of truth and power; your incense of praise, and the ark of your holy presence.
Meet us all Lord with a holy visitation. Do a new thing in our midst Lord, as we put the past behind us. Let it spring forth now like a road in the wilderness and a stream in the desert! Release it now Lord as wilderness waters and desert rivers, supplying drink to the people you have formed. Come, one and all that are thirsty! Come to those same waters! Yes, even those who have no money, come freely to buy and eat, without money and without price! Eat what is good and let your soul delight itself in abundance. Listen and come—hear and your soul shall live!
Come now, and let us all go up to the mountain of the Lord and the house of God! He will teach us His ways and we shall walk in His paths. Come!
PSALM OF ENTRY To BOUNTIFUL HARVESTThe gates of harvest stand ready to open. No longer shall the land lie fallow and untended. No more will the land's bounty be shut up from the harvester. No, it is a day in which passage points to God's promised produce invite entry!
Command the gates thus to open: "Lift up your heads, O you gates! Lift up, you everlasting doors!"for "The King of Glory shall come in . . the Lord strong and mighty; the Lord mighty in battle" (Pso 24).
Be opened all you gates over the land! Let the Lord ofHosts and King of Glory release the season ofreaping and gathering. Let the one who breaks open come up before us that we may break out andpass through the gates. Let our King go before us and our Lord be at our head as we enter the land (Micah 2:13),
Now go through the gates of the land as all that opposes gives way. Go through and build up the highways. Take out the stones and repair the breaches, Build up the places laid waste and raise up the foundations. Restore the streets leading to harvest dwellings and communities of gathering.
Carry forth the banners that signal to the people, "Come, come dwell and dine, in joy and infruitfulness and in peace!" (Is. 58 and 62). Eat what is good in the land—knowing that through your willing obedience to God you shall indeed continually eat the good of the land! (Is. 1 : 19). Go forward through the Gates ofGathering over the Highways of Harvest into the Land ofPlenty. Follow the mighty Prince of Peace; the Lord's consuming head, as he destroys the roots of all chaos and crushes the enemy beneath your treading feet (Rom. 16:20). Travel then over roadways ofjoy and listen to the mountains singing before you, and hear the trees of the field clapping with freedom's celebration! (Is. 55:12). Now hear your voice declaring, shouting, and singing with them. Listen to your voice joining in a multitude of voices rediscovered and resounding once more over the fields of God's land. For in this joyous chorus can be heard the song and the shout of the King. Together as one voice, enjoined by the Lord's authority, you, the people, the trees, the mountains, and the hills command the harvest blessing to arise from the land.
Out of the midst of unity upon the land springs forth the river of commanded blessing that ushers in consecutive seasons of bountiful harvest: Judah's Passover Barley; Zebulon's Pentecostal Wheat; Gad's Yom Kippur Pomegranates; Ephraim 's Rosh Hashanah Figs, and Tabernacle Grapes; Manasseh's Olives ofDeliverance; and Levi's Covering, Sustaining Dates.
Command then, the gates to open; the roads to arise; thefields to produce and the harvest to be gathered ino And over that land declare: Come Kingdom of God; be done will ofthe Father—on earth, in our sphere ofauthority, as it is in heaven!
THE FELLOWSHIP or THE UNASHAMED 1 AM A PART OF THE FELLOWSHIPOF THE UNASHAMED
The decision has been made. I have stepped over the line. I won't look back, let up, slow down, or back away.
My past is redeemed, my present makes sense, my future is secure. I'm finished and done with low living, sight walking, small planning, smooth knees, colorless dreams, tamed visions, mundane talking, cheap giving, and dwarfed goals.
I no longer need preeminence, position, promotions, plaudits, or popularity. I don't have to be right, first, tops, recognized, praised, regarded or rewarded. I now live by faith, lean on His presence, walk with patience, live by prayer, and labor with power.
My face is set, my gait is fast, my goal is Heaven, My road is narrow, my way is rough, my companions are few, my Guide is reliable, my mission is clear. I cannot be bought, compromised, detoured, lured away, turned back, deluded, or delayed. I will not flinch in the face of sacrifice, hesitate in the presence of the adversary, negotiate at the table of the enemy, ponder at the pool of popularity, or meander in the maze of mediocrity.
I won't give up, shut up, let up, until I have stayed up, stored up, prayed up, paid up, spoken up for the cause of Christo I am a disciple of Jesus Christo I must keep going 'til He comes, give 'til I drop, preach all I know, and work 'til He stops me. And when He comes for His own, He will have no problem recognizing me. My banner is clear: I am a part of the fellowship of the unashamed.

Commentary on Psalm 91:1, taken from:

"Verse 1: 'Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty'.
The opening Hebrew word is yoshev, which is an active participle. This refers to continuous action, to life habit, to what one does all the time. Used as a noun, yoshev can refer to someone who lives in a particular place, as in, 'I'm an inhabitant of New York City/ So Psalm 91 is giving promises to someone who lives in God's shelter and protection. Put another way, if I asked you, 'Where do you live?' your answer would be, 'I live in the shelter of the Most High/
But there's more to that Hebrew word for shelter, which is seter. It is not just a shelter; it is a hiding place, a covert, a secret refuge. It is found in verses including Isaiah 32:2, which says, 'Each one will be like a shelter from the wind and a refuge from the storm, like streams of water in the desert and the shadow of a great rock in a thirsty land' (Isa. 32:2, emphasis added). It is also found in verses including I Samuel 19:2, when Saul is threatening to kill David and which emphasize the aspect of 'hiding place, secret place' even more: 'And Jonathan told David, 'Saul my father seeks to kill you. Therefore be on your guard in the morning. Stay in the secret place and hide yourself (ESV, emphasis added).
This is where God is calling us to live. In that hiding place, that divine shelter, that secret place where no one can touch us and nothing can harm us. And even though that place is spiritual rather than physical, it is even more real than a physical shelter or hiding place. The Lord Himself is impregnable.
You see, this is not just the hiding place of any god or higher power. This is the hiding place of the Most High God, a term that is found dozens of times in the Old Testament, especially in the psalms (starting in Ps. 7:17) and Daniel (where the one true God is contrasted with the false gods of the nations, starting in Daniel 3:26). It is also expressed in the Song of Moses in Exodus 15:11: “Who among the gods is like you, Lord? Who is like you—majestic in holiness, awesome in glory, working wonders?"
There may be other so-called gods and powers, but there is none like our God. He alone is eternal. He alone is immortal. He alone is omnipotent and omniscient and omnipresent. He is the Most High God, the only one worthy of being called God. Even the demons understand this, crying out to Jesus in the New Testament, “What do you want with me, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? In God's name don't torture me!" (Mark 5:7; see also Acts 16:17). In fact, when Gabriel announces to Miriam (Mary) that she will give birth to the Messiah, he says, “He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his father David" (Luke 1:32). This Psalm is for those who live in His divine shelter, in His hiding place.
The second half of verse 1 describes this person as someone who regularly spends the night lodging in the shadow of Shaddai, normally translated "Almighty". And while scholars debate the exact meaning of the word, it seems that the aspects of power and provision are clearly associated with Shaddai. As for shadow, this image speaks of covering as well as refreshing, a place away from the heat of the day."
From Safe Harbor Ministries ... about Shelter and Coverings
The Lord has been speaking to us about the importance of shelter and coverings throughout the past six months. Specifically, He has been directing us, in prayer, to place certain coverings over our home, ministry, and selves. These are in four sets of four with the first set being the four-fold covering over the wilderness tabernacle. All others correspond to it. The first set then, and the significance of each are:
1. Porpoise/seal skin: Protection/separation from the external-secular world. "In the world but not of it."
2. Red Ram skin: God’s work of salvation; sacrifice
3. White Goat skin: Purity; sanctification; set apart
4. Cherubim tapestry: Supernatural; heavenly realms

5. Fire of God: God’s presence as a barrier-shield
6. Blood of Jesus: Authority over demonic activity
7. Hedge of Thorns: Protection against natural predators
8. Angels: Supernatural agents to assist/partner

9. Preservation: God's keeping power

11. Protection: God’s shielding, guarding power
12. Prosperity: God's increasing power

13. Skin: Feelings: emotions
14. Flesh--Blood : Old nature; carnality; human frailty and limitation

[This set is from Ezekiel 37:1-14. These must be "transformed" to be effective coverings; II Cor. 3:18]
Ezekiel 37:11-14 〜When these four coverings are in place in godly fashion, it opens a door of hope for us bringing life (Hosea 2:15). This shelters us in the midst of all attacks.
When all sixteen coverings are in place, we have a four-fold/ quadruple layer of coverings over us to insulate us from the enemy. Pray these; systematically placing them over you and yours.

To the serene southern vistas we send our declaration and decree like a free-flowing river of life over these physical needs. In the name of Jehovah Rapha we declare: Prosperity and good health as our soul prospers (Ill John 2).
Deliverance from all evil (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual). No evil near our dwelling. Supernatural rest
Strength
Delayed aging ("As our days are, so may our strength be for going out and coming in—for war and for peace"). Increased healing anointing
Healing and continued healing for physical infirmities (garment of praise releasing healing power against spirits of sickness causing heaviness). We mount up on wings as eagles.
The power of the Prince of Peace released against every root of chaos in any part of our bodies. Every curse of sickness and disease broken.

Toward the hopeful eastern horizon we release our declaration and decree as arrows of delivering and liberating lightning for these destiny issues. In the name of Jehovah Tsabaoth we declare:
Increased operation of anointing and spiritual gifting
Open doors that no man can close and windows of opportunity
A visible and abundant harvest
God's manifest power in our lives bringing forth miracles God's glory manifested among us (Zech. 2:5)

Armor of God as our protection and the Lord as our rear guard

DECLARATION FOR THE GATHERING OF BELIEVERS
Joined together as brethren in agreement as one body, we boldly enter the holiest by the blood of Jesus and make our declaration. By a new and living way and through the veil of His own body, we approach our high Priest, Jesus, resident over our household of faith.
With a true heart and fully assured in faith, we draw near restored and cleansed by God's pure river. We speak our confession loudly; knowing that He who promised us is faithful. We thus consider one another in assembly together and entreat others to join with us.
Here, in covenant gathering, as a church of the first-born registered in heaven, we set our faces toward the Lord. Cause your face in turn to shine on the sanctuary Lord; as we look to the Lion, to the light, and to the land: the Lion of Judah, the light of salvation, and the land of promised inheritance.
We sound the shofar of gathering over the land and we proclaim the call to congregate. Come forth we declare! Arise and shine this day! Descend from the gate of the east and gather from the gate of the west! We command the gate of the north, "Give them up!" We shout to the gate of the south, "Do not keep them back"! O Lord, send sons from afar and daughters from distant places. Send ones called by your name and those created for your glory. Bring the blind that have eyes and the deaf who have ears. Let them loose!
Awaken!, we cry out to you! Shake yourself from the dust; arise; throw off the bonds from your neck and draw near. We prophesy the shofar of life over the dry bones. Breathe and live; stand and move! From the four winds, breathe on them breath of life. Inhabit them Spirit of God! Gathering angels bring them into the land of promise! We call them forth Lord, to your tabernacle of meeting: to your altar of sacrifice; your laver of cleansing; your table of sustenance; your lampstand of truth and power; your incense of praise, and the ark of your holy presence.
Meet us all Lord with a holy visitation. Do a new thing in our midst Lord, as we put the past behind us. Let it spring forth now like a road in the wilderness and a stream in the desert! Release it now Lord as wilderness waters and desert rivers, supplying drink to the people you have formed. Come, one and all that are thirsty! Come to those same waters! Yes, even those who have no money, come freely to buy and eat, without money and without price! Eat what is good and let your soul delight itself in abundance. Listen and come—hear and your soul shall live!
Come now, and let us all go up to the mountain of the Lord and the house of God! He will teach us His ways and we shall walk in His paths. Come!
PSALM OF ENTRY To BOUNTIFUL HARVESTThe gates of harvest stand ready to open. No longer shall the land lie fallow and untended. No more will the land's bounty be shut up from the harvester. No, it is a day in which passage points to God's promised produce invite entry!
Command the gates thus to open: "Lift up your heads, O you gates! Lift up, you everlasting doors!"for "The King of Glory shall come in . . the Lord strong and mighty; the Lord mighty in battle" (Pso 24).
Be opened all you gates over the land! Let the Lord ofHosts and King of Glory release the season ofreaping and gathering. Let the one who breaks open come up before us that we may break out andpass through the gates. Let our King go before us and our Lord be at our head as we enter the land (Micah 2:13),
Now go through the gates of the land as all that opposes gives way. Go through and build up the highways. Take out the stones and repair the breaches, Build up the places laid waste and raise up the foundations. Restore the streets leading to harvest dwellings and communities of gathering.
Carry forth the banners that signal to the people, "Come, come dwell and dine, in joy and infruitfulness and in peace!" (Is. 58 and 62). Eat what is good in the land—knowing that through your willing obedience to God you shall indeed continually eat the good of the land! (Is. 1 : 19). Go forward through the Gates ofGathering over the Highways of Harvest into the Land ofPlenty. Follow the mighty Prince of Peace; the Lord's consuming head, as he destroys the roots of all chaos and crushes the enemy beneath your treading feet (Rom. 16:20). Travel then over roadways ofjoy and listen to the mountains singing before you, and hear the trees of the field clapping with freedom's celebration! (Is. 55:12). Now hear your voice declaring, shouting, and singing with them. Listen to your voice joining in a multitude of voices rediscovered and resounding once more over the fields of God's land. For in this joyous chorus can be heard the song and the shout of the King. Together as one voice, enjoined by the Lord's authority, you, the people, the trees, the mountains, and the hills command the harvest blessing to arise from the land.
Out of the midst of unity upon the land springs forth the river of commanded blessing that ushers in consecutive seasons of bountiful harvest: Judah's Passover Barley; Zebulon's Pentecostal Wheat; Gad's Yom Kippur Pomegranates; Ephraim 's Rosh Hashanah Figs, and Tabernacle Grapes; Manasseh's Olives ofDeliverance; and Levi's Covering, Sustaining Dates.
Command then, the gates to open; the roads to arise; thefields to produce and the harvest to be gathered ino And over that land declare: Come Kingdom of God; be done will ofthe Father—on earth, in our sphere ofauthority, as it is in heaven!
THE FELLOWSHIP or THE UNASHAMED 1 AM A PART OF THE FELLOWSHIPOF THE UNASHAMED
The decision has been made. I have stepped over the line. I won't look back, let up, slow down, or back away.
My past is redeemed, my present makes sense, my future is secure. I'm finished and done with low living, sight walking, small planning, smooth knees, colorless dreams, tamed visions, mundane talking, cheap giving, and dwarfed goals.
I no longer need preeminence, position, promotions, plaudits, or popularity. I don't have to be right, first, tops, recognized, praised, regarded or rewarded. I now live by faith, lean on His presence, walk with patience, live by prayer, and labor with power.
My face is set, my gait is fast, my goal is Heaven, My road is narrow, my way is rough, my companions are few, my Guide is reliable, my mission is clear. I cannot be bought, compromised, detoured, lured away, turned back, deluded, or delayed. I will not flinch in the face of sacrifice, hesitate in the presence of the adversary, negotiate at the table of the enemy, ponder at the pool of popularity, or meander in the maze of mediocrity.
I won't give up, shut up, let up, until I have stayed up, stored up, prayed up, paid up, spoken up for the cause of Christo I am a disciple of Jesus Christo I must keep going 'til He comes, give 'til I drop, preach all I know, and work 'til He stops me. And when He comes for His own, He will have no problem recognizing me. My banner is clear: I am a part of the fellowship of the unashamed.
PROPHETIC BULLETS—LIGHTNING FLASHES

- Coteries and Cabals are working relentlessly and unseen to undermine governmental and societal stability and moral tradition. They are being assisted by Belial (the spirit of lawlessness and wickedness), Behemoth (the spirit of chaos and destruction), and Leviathan (the seven-fold spirit of pride:

- Fecklessness leads to lawlessness.
- II Cor. 4:18—Focus on what is not seen; what is behind what is seen. Do not be taken in by surface appearances. Look deep with spiritual eyes.
- We’ve entered the Hebrew year of 5781—Pey Aleph—“Speak of the Most High”; (testify, give praise to El Elyon).
- This is a season (since Rosh Hashanah) of hundred-fold return. We’ve entered a time of Isaac in Gerar (Genesis 26:1-12) when there was famine. He sowed, in faith, and reaped a hundred-fold.
- Faith, not fear; prayer, not panic; proactive, not reactive. What are you able to do now? What is in your hand? (Exodus 4:2)
- Go from the Valley of Baca (weeping—Psalm 84:6) to the Valley of Elah (victory over giants—I Samuel 17:2).
- Go from the Brook Cherith (restoration/hiding—I Kings 17:3) to the Jordan River (life/emergence) to Zarephath (miracles—I Kings 17:9-16).
- This is a day of the deer (Ps. 42:1; II Sam. 22:34) and the palm tree (Ps. 92:12-15). When you can’t expand outward you must go up to heavenly connections (deer) and down to hidden places (palm) to find spiritual “watering”.
- I Samuel 7:12—stand firm and plant your “Ebenezer stone” of help, declaring: “Thus far the Lord has always helped me. He will continue to do so now.”
- Read and confess Psalm 20.
- How to resist the enemy: Don’t submit to the circumstances, devices, pressures, or forces of the enemy. Instead B.O.W. to Jesus:

When the World Stops, Dr・ Michael Brown
"Verse 1: 'Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty'.
The opening Hebrew word is yoshev, which is an active participle. This refers to continuous action, to life habit, to what one does all the time. Used as a noun, yoshev can refer to someone who lives in a particular place, as in, 'I'm an inhabitant of New York City/ So Psalm 91 is giving promises to someone who lives in God's shelter and protection. Put another way, if I asked you, 'Where do you live?' your answer would be, 'I live in the shelter of the Most High/
But there's more to that Hebrew word for shelter, which is seter. It is not just a shelter; it is a hiding place, a covert, a secret refuge. It is found in verses including Isaiah 32:2, which says, 'Each one will be like a shelter from the wind and a refuge from the storm, like streams of water in the desert and the shadow of a great rock in a thirsty land' (Isa. 32:2, emphasis added). It is also found in verses including I Samuel 19:2, when Saul is threatening to kill David and which emphasize the aspect of 'hiding place, secret place' even more: 'And Jonathan told David, 'Saul my father seeks to kill you. Therefore be on your guard in the morning. Stay in the secret place and hide yourself (ESV, emphasis added).
This is where God is calling us to live. In that hiding place, that divine shelter, that secret place where no one can touch us and nothing can harm us. And even though that place is spiritual rather than physical, it is even more real than a physical shelter or hiding place. The Lord Himself is impregnable.
You see, this is not just the hiding place of any god or higher power. This is the hiding place of the Most High God, a term that is found dozens of times in the Old Testament, especially in the psalms (starting in Ps. 7:17) and Daniel (where the one true God is contrasted with the false gods of the nations, starting in Daniel 3:26). It is also expressed in the Song of Moses in Exodus 15:11: “Who among the gods is like you, Lord? Who is like you—majestic in holiness, awesome in glory, working wonders?"
There may be other so-called gods and powers, but there is none like our God. He alone is eternal. He alone is immortal. He alone is omnipotent and omniscient and omnipresent. He is the Most High God, the only one worthy of being called God. Even the demons understand this, crying out to Jesus in the New Testament, “What do you want with me, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? In God's name don't torture me!" (Mark 5:7; see also Acts 16:17). In fact, when Gabriel announces to Miriam (Mary) that she will give birth to the Messiah, he says, “He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his father David" (Luke 1:32). This Psalm is for those who live in His divine shelter, in His hiding place.
The second half of verse 1 describes this person as someone who regularly spends the night lodging in the shadow of Shaddai, normally translated "Almighty". And while scholars debate the exact meaning of the word, it seems that the aspects of power and provision are clearly associated with Shaddai. As for shadow, this image speaks of covering as well as refreshing, a place away from the heat of the day."
From Safe Harbor Ministries ... about Shelter and Coverings
The Lord has been speaking to us about the importance of shelter and coverings throughout the past six months. Specifically, He has been directing us, in prayer, to place certain coverings over our home, ministry, and selves. These are in four sets of four with the first set being the four-fold covering over the wilderness tabernacle. All others correspond to it. The first set then, and the significance of each are:
1. Porpoise/seal skin: Protection/separation from the external-secular world. "In the world but not of it."
2. Red Ram skin: God’s work of salvation; sacrifice
3. White Goat skin: Purity; sanctification; set apart
4. Cherubim tapestry: Supernatural; heavenly realms

6. Blood of Jesus: Authority over demonic activity
7. Hedge of Thorns: Protection against natural predators

[This set is from Ezekiel 37:1-14. These must be "transformed" to be effective coverings; II Cor. 3:18]
Ezekiel 37:11-14 〜When these four coverings are in place in godly fashion, it opens a door of hope for us bringing life (Hosea 2:15). This shelters us in the midst of all attacks.
When all sixteen coverings are in place, we have a four-fold/ quadruple layer of coverings over us to insulate us from the enemy. Pray these; systematically placing them over you and yours.
