As a Christian Institution of learning and training, Safe Harbor Institute is Bible-centered and dedicated to the teaching, equipping, and development of Christians for the work of ministry. We offer Spiritual Warfare training as well as degrees in Ministry and Pastoral Counseling. Classes are affordable and structured to accommodate the working student. It is our desire to provide the best instruction, training, and guidance possible in order to see each student “approved unto God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth” (II Tim. 2:15). |

WATCHFUL WARRIORS SCHOOL OF MINISTRY
This two-year course of study offers Associate's, Bachelor's, Master's, and DOCTORAL degrees in MINISTRY—equipping students for service in Pastoral, Missions, or Prophetic Ministries, Spiritual Warfare, and more.
Classes meet the second Saturday of each month from 11:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. at Antioch Outpost, 546 Treadwell Rd, Bethlehem, GA 30620. It's open enrollment, classes are active and can be joined at any time.
The Deliverance Ministry training begins January through May 2026.
Tuition is $150.00 monthly for undergraduate students and $225.00 monthly for graduate students. An audit fee of $50.00 per class is also available to those who don't want college credit but desire the instruction.
Classes may also be combined with our course of counseling studies for a “fast-track” completion of Associate or Bachelor degree in one or two years (depending on prior academic studies and Life Credit hours awarded).

COUNSELING TRAINING
This course of study offers Associate's, Bachelor's, and Master's degrees in Pastoral Counseling. Whether your goal is to be a Life Coach, lay counselor, professional counselor, group facilitator, or a mentor, the training provided will equip you.
Classes meet the fourth Saturday of each month from 11:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. at Antioch Outpost, 546 Treadwell Rd, Bethlehem, GA 30620. The 2025-2026 session is already active. The next enrollment will be for classes beginning in February 2027.
Tuition is $150.00 per 3-credit hour (Saturday) seminar class for undergraduate students and $225.00 for graduate students.
Requirements
Haven’t been in school in a while? Feeling apprehensive about class assignments? Our classes are designed with impartation and subsequent personal application in mind. We’re more concerned with ability and anointing than memorization and tests. You will likely find our assignments more emotionally than scholastically challenging. You will have an entire month to complete each assignment. An application, copy of your high school diploma, statement of faith, and a minimal registration fee is all that is required to get you started.

Beth Scott leads the Pastoral Counseling classes. She has almost 30 years of experience as a Pastoral Counselor. Her teaching will be supplemented by guest lecturers who are experts in various areas of counseling.
