The month of Adar II only occurs seven times in every
19-year span. It is similar to our leap-year in the Gregorian calendar.

It is the month of the tribe of Levi (meaning
"Attached"). Strong's #3867, 3878. In Genesis 29:34 the key word is
"lavah" meaning: To twine, unite, remain, cleave, join, to abide with, to
borrow (obligate oneself).
Beware the anger, hypocrisy, self-righteousness, and
iniquity of Levi this month.
The Hebrew letter representing this month is "Kaf" (a palm
or an open hand). It is a month to open your hand to life and
activity; a month for God to say "yes" to your prayers for protection and
provision (so that we might do His will).

This is a month of refuge, protection, and
March 16 is Purim, a day to celebrate God's miraculous
salvation of the Jews in the days of Esther. We continue to observe
the Jewish feasts today as God directed in His Word, not out of legalism or
religiosity, but as a way to connect with our spiritual heritage and roots.
The feasts of the Lord are rich in meaning and inspiration. God
